Service
Exceptions, policies, and procedures:
Holidays:
Weekly maintenance pools - service will be
made up either prior to or after the holiday.
Windy and/or rainy days:
All normal service will be performed with
the exception of vacuuming, leaf vac, brushing
and skimming. This is due to safety and visibility
problems. If the weather is severe, service
will be provided on the first available day
after.
Emergency service calls:
Service calls placed on or after a "severe"
weather day outside of a "normal"
weekly service day will be an additional charge.
*Customers
are liable and responsible for checking and
maintaining the water level throughout the
week and in between service days. This must
be done in order to prevent the pool from
running dry.
